Returns Policy:
Please submit a return request through the Malamalbd app or website if your product is flawed, inaccurate, damaged, or incomplete at the delivery time. For Malamalbd goods, return requests must be made within 14 days after the delivery date.
Please confirm if the product is covered under the seller's warranty or brand warranty before using the product or after the return period has expired. Please check our Warranty Policy for additional details on warranty claims.
We allow a change of heart for a few categories. For further information, please see the section below on return policies per category.
Reasons to return a product.
The delivered item is flawed or damaged, as in physically damaged or broken (e.g., unable to switch on)
The delivered item is incomplete (i.e., it lacks specific components or attachments).
The item sent is inaccurate (e.g., the wrong model, size, or color, fake or outdated).
The product that was delivered did not match the product's description or picture (i.e., the product was not as advertised)
The product as delivered needs to fit. (i.e., size is inappropriate)

Accessories for mobile and tablet devices, including earphones, headsets, batteries, and chargers
For returns and refunds, a change of mind is not acceptable.
Based on Malamalbd's evaluation, a refund will be given if the item received is flawed, inaccurate, damaged, or incomplete.
Reminder: Used items are not eligible for return. If the thing is dead when it arrives, you can raise a return request with Malamalbd directly for mobile phones (i.e., it does not switch completely). For details on the manufacturer's warranty, if the phone has already been activated*, kindly contact the seller or brand warranty provider.
*A mobile phone is deemed activated after a SIM card is inserted or when it is Wi-Fi connected and linked to the internet.
Fashion:
Clothing, Apparel, Sunglasses, Shoes & Accessories
Accessories, including Clothing, Sunglasses, Shoes, and Accessories
There is a provision for returns and refunds in the event of a change of mind (excluding non-Malamalbd items shipped from overseas)
If the item that was delivered is broken, flawed, wrong, or missing parts, Malamalbd will evaluate the situation and decide whether or not to provide a refund. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way and must still have their tags attached. Any things found to have been used will be rejected and sent back to the customers who purchased them.
Accessories such as handbags, eyewear, jewelry, watches, as well as lingerie for both men and women.
There is no provision for a return or refund in case of a change of mind.

Goods that cannot be returned include any and all items that have been customized and fine jewelry (gold, diamonds, gems, etc.)

Makeup, fragrances, moisturizers, creams, scrubs, oils, accessories for the bath and body, personal care & health, sexual wellness, shapewear, and food supplements.
Change of heart does not qualify for a return or refund.
A refund will be given if Malamalbd determines that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective.
Note: Please confirm whether the item is covered under Seller or Brand Warranty if device-related concerns arise after usage or the end of the return period. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for details on the various warranty options and how to get in touch with the seller or manufacturer.
Items that cannot be returned include all beauty services.
Appliances
There is no provision for a return or refund in case of a change of mind.

A change of heart will not qualify you for a return or refund.
Based on Malamalbd's inspection, a refund will be given if the item you get is flawed.
Please take note that used items cannot be returned. Malamalbd only accepts laptop returns if the product is defective or does not function (i.e., it does not switch on completely). If you're looking for information about the manufacturer's warranty after the brand seal has been broken, you should contact the retailer or brand warranty provider.
Products that cannot be returned include any and all software that expressly states on the product page that it cannot be returned.
Don't hesitate to get in touch with the brand warranty provider for details on the manufacturer's warranty if you experience any technical difficulties with the program or installation.

MalamalBD will decide whether or not to refund your purchase if the item you receive is flawed.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that selected items sold on Daraz are not eligible for return. Below you will find a consolidated list of all non-returnable items.
If you have received a non-returnable item that is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery—the condition of Refunds.
The Terms and Conditions of Returns
1. The item must be in perfect condition and have never been used, worn, or washed. When purchasing items from the fashion industry, you may try them on to see whether or not they are the correct size. This will still be regarded as having never been worn.
02. The product must come with all its original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, and accessories.
3. The product must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging or box, which has not been damaged in any way. If the item was shipped in a box or packaging marked MalamalBD, you must return that same box or packaging. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the box or packaging that the manufacturer has provided.
NOTE: To avoid any inconvenience or delay in returning an item, the Order Number and Return Tracking Number must be written on the return package.
When you hand your box over to the Drop-Off station or Pickup Agent, please make sure to grab the MalamalBD Return Acknowledgment document and keep it for any future references you may have.
Providing Refunds
1. Your payment method and the sort of refund you receive will affect how quickly it is processed.
2. Once MalamalBD has processed your return in accordance with your refund type, the refund period or process begins.
3. The refund includes the cost of the returned item as well as the shipping charges.
Refund Formats
Your refund will be processed by MalamalBD in accordance with the following refund types:
1. Refund from returns - Refund is done after QC is finished and your item is returned to the warehouse (successful). Please read our return policy to find out how to return an item.
2. Order refunds that were successfully processed for cancellation automatically result in a refund.
3. Refunds for failed deliveries - The refund procedure begins as soon as the product is delivered to the seller. Please be aware that depending on the location of your shipping address, this could take longer. Support for screen readers is active.
